Developed together with a sports psychologist in the UK the aim of the Rock-Solid Self-Confidence Program is to provide you with all the elements you need to understand, build and maintain your self-confidence.

This 9-step self-paced program explains exactly what self-confidence is and why you need it. Yes, everyone "knows" that we need self-confidence.  When we deeply understand why we need it, we can begin to develop and use self-confidence in a profoundly natural way.

The 9-steps enable you to go through the program in your own pace and develop an unshakeable foundation to your self-confidence

The whole process of building and maintinaing self-confidence becomes as natural to you as it was to Muhammad Ali.

There are accompanying MP3 recordings that make the whole process simple and straightforward.

You will wonder how you ever managed before.

The program can either be done as a self-paced course in which you purchase the program, with accompanying MP3 recording. You then follow the course at your own pace.

Alternatively, you can purchase the course and at the same time book some discounted one-on-one sessions with a mental performance coach to either just get you started or help you at various points in the program.

It can be as flexible as you like.

The program has really helped me get my confidence stable. It used to swing high and low depending on many things. The program made me realise what I was doing to myself. Helped me to take responsibility and stop blaming others. I am repeating some of the steps from time to time and seem to get more out of it each time.
