One on One - Get Straight To The Problem

Athletes have their problems and challenges just like everyone else. The thing about being an athlete is the problem is right in your face. In everyday life we can manouvre around the problem areas we are aware of. In sport, that is just not possible, If you are suffering from low self-confidence in sport, you know it - it's right in your face. There is no hiding. The sports arena will bring out all our little problems areas.

That is what makes sport so wonderful for me.

It highlights our issues and invites us to do something about it so that we can go forward in sport and our everyday life with new resources and approaches that can take us further than perhaps we ever dreamed of.

Using many approaches and techniques from psychotherapy, NLP, traditional coaching and yes, even hypnosis and hypnotherapy we will target in on your problem and have it quickly resolved allowing you to use your efforts and energy to positively take you forward.

So, if you have any of the following problems, just give me a call and you will see that most problems can be solved in a few sessions and you will already see some benefits from the first session.

Low Self-esteem, Low self-confidence, Fear of Losing, Fear of Winning, Anger, Frustration, issues with Concentration, Intimidated by opponents, big game nerves,  etc etc etc.

As I have written on another area of this site, you would not dream of going out to train let alone compete without the right equipment so why cheat yourself and go out with a mind and heart that are not as welll trained as your body.

Peter Møller - Basketball

(Peter plays for Værløse BBK, is part of the U16 Danish national team and rising star in Danish basketball)

I have worked with Brian for a season or more, and this last season I can really see and feel how much I have improved mentally.

I no longer get mad at my self if I miss some shots, and that's because I have worked with Brian.

Brian is not only a good mental coach, he is also a person with a very big heart, and a person you only can like.

John Marshall - Golf

(John plays golf off handicap 6 and is based in the North of England)

Brian asked me for some client feedback for his website so....

Well, Brian, you asked for it !

Brian takes a different approach to mental training than others I have heard about. He talks quite a lot !!! (I am sure he won't mind me saying that - well let's see if it makes it to the website)

However, he quickly found my problem, it just seemed so odd I didn't really believe him, he claimed it had nothing to do with golf. Well, apparently he was right.

I am now playing more consistent golf, without fear. And yes, you were right Brian, my fear of chairing meetings at work has also disappeared !

Rasmus "Glarbjerg" Larsen - Basketball

(Rasmus is a giant in youth Basketball in Denmark in more ways than one. He is a memeber of the Værløse BBK '94 boys and is also a member of the Danish national U16 team.)

Brian has tought me a lot of things. I learned how to focus more during the games and off the court aswell. Not only have i improved my game, i also became more positive and open to new things, aswell as people. Brians mental coaching is very good for every athlete, and i can reconmend him very much.
